Glen Arens
Glenn Arens has been with PrintComm since 2008. Arens’ interest in printing surfaced at an early age, and he took his first printing class when he was only 15. Later, he managed the in-plant print shop at Volkswagen of America for four years and transitioned into sales in 1994, working for EGT Group and Clark Graphics.
At PrintComm, Arens provides sales consultation services for his clients and uses his experience in print and marketing knowledge to help them formulate solid strategies. Arens strives to give his customers more than just print, providing consultation from the preliminary stages of a project though completion and following the jobs through the plant to ensure their success.
“As a small business owner in addition to my work here at PrintComm, I understand the need to provide services that not only save money for my clients, but also make money for them. My goal is to provide a value-added relationship where I help them reach their sales goals and obtain a good return on their investment.”

Bob Cookingham
Bob Cookingham has been with PrintComm since 1993 and is always willing to go the extra mile to help customers with their projects. Cookingham has worked in the printing industry for 27 years, owning his own printing company for five of those years. Cookingham has been involved in all aspects of the job ― from running the press to paying the bills.
Cookingham feels that the key to a good customer relationship is making yourself available for the customer, especially since so many companies have been forced to downsize in recent years and their needs, and schedules, have changed dramatically.
“My years in this business have given me a unique perspective, since I have witnessed the industry change so much over the years. I’ve seen it all, which gives me many ideas to help my customers achieve their goals.”

Brenda Poe
Brenda Poe began as an account executive in PrintComm’s printing division in 1988 and later moved into the publishing division, which she helped establish. Today, Poe works primarily as a marketing service representative, offering cross media marketing strategies designed to deliver results and improve ROI. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in business administration.
Poe helps clients achieve successful marketing campaigns by understanding their objectives first and then developing strategies to meet those objectives. She understands that the marketing landscape is changing in exciting and bold ways and successful marketing campaigns need to be multi-dimensional.
“Lots of companies can design, print and mail a brochure, but that won’t drive results. It’s nice to work for a company who is investing in the necessary technology to help our clients market in exciting and bold ways, too.”
