What is your FTP Information?

Tired of trying to send large e-mails that inevitably lock up your computer and force a shutdown? As an added service for our customers, PrintComm has set up an FTP site to aid in the transfer of files. The site allows our customers to transfer or receive larger files without having to use e-mail. This is just another way we can make it easier and more convenient for our customers to fulfill their print communication needs.

PLEASE NOTE: The safest practice when transferring files is to put all files into a folder and use a compression software and create either a Zip file (.zip) or a stuffit file (.sit)

Use your FTP software with the following information:

IP Address ftp.printcomm.com

User Name CLIENT

Password WELCOME

We recommend using FileZilla for both platforms (Mac and PC). You can download by click here (it's free).

Once installed and running, set the host to the above information along with the user name and password. No need to set the port value. Click on the Quick connect button.

Select the files from your computer and drag them to the remote site.
