Need Help Collecting All
The Bits And Pieces Of A Job?

It is an easy process if you use today's leading layout programs, such as QuarkXPress or InDesign. But whether you do or don't, here are some helpful tips in collecting all the pieces that might be needed to print your job sucessfully.

  • Send a copy of the “live” application files so changes can be made if required. See our compatibility chart for a list of support applications.

  • Send all illustrations contained in the document. Send the original illustrations. If graphics were generated using an illustration program, send a copy of the graphic file in the program’s native format as well as its EPS (export) format. Make sure, if possible, that all type or fonts used in the illustration are created to “outlines.”

  • Send all scanned images or digital photos used for final output, such as scanned logos or photographs.

  • Provide a copy of all screen and printer fonts used in your document.

  • If you use a layout program, you should use its plug-in to collect or gather all necessary information for output services. (see Quark, PageMaker, InDesign job collecting features).

  • Burn all collect elements to CD/DVD or load your job using our FTP services.
