Before beginning a project, it is a good idea to check the following table to make sure we can read the disks your project will be submitted on. We recommend reformatting your media properly before writing your job to disk. This will ensure that the media is clear and free of defects.

  • DVD


Media Guidelines

  • Please make sure your disks are clearly labeled with their content and your company’s name.

  • Never send originals. For your own safety, please retain a copy of everything you send to us.

  • We use Apple Macintosh and Windows computers and can only guarantee readability of media created on these platforms.

  • Print a laser copy of the disk directory.

  • Due to the high volume of disks we receive, we cannot return any furnished disks.
